Caretaking in The Watermill Apartments

As members of the Watermill community we couldn't value Bernard's work, and presence, any higher. We are unaware of the rationale for tendering for a new cleaning company and would appreciate an explanation and a solution that involves the retention of Bernard, with whichever company has the contract. We would appreciate hearing from you on this as soon as possible as we are aware that this change is imminent.
