Ban sale of fireworks to the public

I am starting the petition mainly because the use of fireworks in built up areas causes distress to animals,people and put excess pressure on already stretched resources which include hospitals and the emergency services.

i propose that the sale of fireworks to the public are banned and the governments work with local councils to have organised displays which are time limited events.

These events can be supported by the use of noiseless fireworks.
